ADVANCED CLASS

Prerequisite: Successful completion of Obedience Class

This class is a great finishing class to polish skills from the basic obedience class while learning more advanced handling skills. This class is also a peek into competition training. Even if you don't plan on competing with your dog, this class offers valuable skills for you and your dog. The additional skills taught include, but are not limited to:

  • Down-Stay with distractions

  • Sit-Stay with owner out of sight

AKC CGCU (Canine Good Citizen Urban) Testing Available.

BRINGING HOME BABY

Bringing home a new baby can be stressful, but your dog’s relationship to your new addition doesn’t have to be.

The goal of this add-on class is to teach your dog to respect the baby’s area and belongings, such as toys, carriers, and diapers. Bringing home baby comes with a lot of change— give your dog the tools they need to adjust comfortably.

PRIVATE TRAINING

Sometimes, a situation may call for one-on-one lessons rather than a group setting. This allows the owner and trainer to address specific issues or work on more advanced goals with a personalized approach.

Private training also offers the opportunity for trainers to evaluate dogs and owners to determine their individual needs and goals.

SPECIALIZATION

We also offer additional specialty classes based upon interest in the following areas.

  • Conformation

  • AKC Obedience

  • AKC Rally

  • AKC Trick Dog

  • AKC Fetch

  • Therapy dog training

  • …and more!
